Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together 1 c. sugar and oil. Add eggs, vanilla, flour and baking powder. In a small bowl, combine 3/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. Place half the batter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle half the sugar and cinnamon mixture over batter . Spread the pie filling over all. Cover with remaining batter and then the rest of the topping mixture. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
