Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 medium sweet potatoes (2 lbs)
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes, cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks. Boil for 10-12 min. until just tender. Drain.

Transfer to 4 quart baking dish. Add butter and brown sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 min. stirring gently twice.

Optional-sprinkle with tiny marshmallows or chopped nuts
