Ingredients
- 1 Beef Flank Steak
- 2 Tb. red wine vinegar
- 2 ts. garlic powder
- 1 ts. cumin
- 1 ts. coriander
- 1/2 ts. cinnamon
- 1/2 ts. ginger
- 1/2 ts. pepper
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/2 C. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
marinate over night in a ziploc bag w/ half of the ingredients. Save the other half to use as a gravy
