Moroccan Beef w/ Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 Beef Flank Steak
  • 2 Tb. red wine vinegar
  • 2 ts. garlic powder
  • 1 ts. cumin
  • 1 ts. coriander
  • 1/2 ts. cinnamon
  • 1/2 ts. ginger
  • 1/2 ts. pepper
  • 1/2 C honey
  • 1/2 C. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

marinate over night in a ziploc bag w/ half of the ingredients. Save the other half to use as a gravy
