Ingredients
- 1 large pear sliced
- 2 cups romain lettuce
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup candied walnuts (see recipe) - if you are watching sugars, you can replace with warmed nuts
- 1/4 cup sliced gouda cheese
- Pear vinaigrette (see recipe)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the lettuce, spinach, and walntus. Toss with pear vinaigrette. Top with gouda and pears and serve.
