Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 lb bulk sausage
  • 1-1/2 c baking bisciut mix
  • 16 oz or 4c sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c onion chopped
  • 1/2 c celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 t garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. Bake for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet, until golden brown. Balls can be frozen uncooked. For firmer texture add extra 3c baking bisciut mix and 2 c shredded cheese.
