Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside
3. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add vanilla and pumpkin. Mix well. Slowly add dry ingredients, then stir in raisins and nuts
4. Drop by rounded tsp 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly brown
