Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/8 cup water
- 2-3 tbs maple syrup
- 2 tbs fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut sweet potatoes into 8 wedges each.
Toss with butter and nutmeg.
Pour water in casserole dish.
Add potato wedges.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with syrup.
Top with parsely.
Cover and return to over for 20 minutes.
Transfer to serving dish and pour maple syrup juices on top.
