MEALS - Beef Tenderloin Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs tenderloin
  • 1 cup marsala wine
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • Spreads- Taragon mustard
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (chardoney)
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. taragon
  • 2 T dry mustard
  • makes 1 cup
  • Taragon
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 T chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 T snipped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dried taragon
  • makes 2 cups

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in plastic bag and chill overnight. Bake at 420 degrees uncovered for about 45 minutes. Temperature of meat inside should be between 135 and 140 degrees.
