Ingredients
- 1 lb. Crawfish Tails
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 8-10 oz. Fettuccine Pasta
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1/2 Clove of Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 Pint Half & Half
- 1/4 lb. Jalapeño Cheese
- 1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions, bell peppers, celery in butter. Add parsley, garlic and seafood. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add cheese and cream and simmer for 30 minutes. Boil pasta, drain and add to mixture. Pour into casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. You may substitute shrimp for crawfish.
