Potato and cheese dish

Ingredients

  • 2 lb hash browns (potatoes)
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion
  • Garlic powder ( dashes)
  • Cornflake crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix potatoes, chicken soup, sour cream, onion and garlic powder
Put into 8 by 12 pan
Melt butter - pour on top and sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top
Bake at 350 for 1 hr
