Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces shrimp, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms and onions in a skillet. Add red peppers and water chestnuts. Saute for several minutes. Add cooked shrimp and saute for another 3 - 5 minutes.
