4 cheese baked ziti

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz ziti
  • 2 cartons 10oz each refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 carton reicoota cheese 15 oz
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated romano
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

cook ziti according to pkg directions, drain and return to pan.. Stir in alfredo sauce and sour cream. spoon half into a lightly greased 3 qt baking dish.
in a small bowl, combine eggs, ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan, ramon and parsley. spread over pasta. top with remaing pasta mix, sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining parmesan.
cover and bake at 350* for 25 min...ujcover bake 5-10 min until bubbly.
