Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Quick & easy chunky chicken noodle soup, perfect for a cold or cold night along with a crusty bread to sop up the soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 - rotisserie chicken - pulled and chopped into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 24 1 24 1 - 24 oz. package Reames frozen egg noodles
  • 3 32 3 32 3 - 32 oz boxes of Swanson Low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1 1 cup water
  • 1 8 1 8 1 - 8 oz package shredded carrots
  • 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 cups diced celery (include some of the green leaves chopped)
  • 1 1 to teaspoon ground black pepper or more to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything into a large soup pot and heat to low boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes or until noodles are done.
Ladle into bowls and serve with a crusty sourdough bread.
