Ingredients
- 6 oz salmon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup herb vinaigrette
- 4 cherry tomatoes,cut in half
- 1 sprig fresh thyme,for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Season the salmon fillet with the lemon juice,fresh herb mixture,and garlic.Coat it with vinaigrette.Put the cherry tomatoes on baking tray with
salmon,and bake at 325F until done.
Garnish with fresh thyme.
Sides:
2 cups steamed broccoli
1/2 cup brown rice.
