Ingredients
- 2.5 cups boiling water
- 3 tablespoons dried spearmint leaves
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4-1/3 cup agave nectar
- Fresh mint sprigs
- Lime wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Pour boiling water over spearmint leaves in a medium bowl; cover and steep 4-7 minutes. Strain tea through a wire mesh strainer into pitcher filled with ice cubes; discard tea leaves. Stir rum, lime juice, and agave nectar into tea mixture. Pour tea evenly into ice filled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lime wedges.
