Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 can/jar Spaghetti sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits (10)
- 3 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (12 oz.) ctn. Cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 T. parsley flakes
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger and add spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, and water. Put hamburger mixture into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Spread the biscuits out individually. Combine mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, and parsley. Add a tablespoon of cheese mixture onto center of each biscuit. Fold and seal each one. Lay biscuits on top of hamburger mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
