Green Beans with Honey-Cashew Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. coarsely chopped, salted cashews
  • 3 TBS butter or margarine
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 1 lb. green beans, cooked tender and drained or 1 can cut beans, drained

How to make it

In a large skillet, saute cashews in butter over low heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Add honey and cook. stirring constantly, 1 minute longer. Pour cashew sauce over beans and toss until coated. Spoon into serving dish and serve immediately.
