  • 18 oz fresh cheese tortellini
  • basil pesto
  • 6-8 oz baby spinach
  • optional garnishes
  • Shaved Parmesan
  • Toasted Pine Nuts
  • Slivered Oil Packed Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Slivered Fresh Basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Pasta

In large bowl, toss hot tortellini, pesto and spinach.

Garnish as desired. Serve at room temperature.
