Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat and onion in large skillet; drain.
2. Add tomatoes and 1 cup water; bring to boil.
3. Stir in macaroni; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until done.
4. Stir in cheese. Serve with extra cheese, if desired.
