Ingredients
- 8 oz. (2 cups) macaroni
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni 5-6 minutes
Mix together cornstarch, salt, dry mustard & pepper, then stir in 2 cups of milk
Add margarine
Cook on medium-high heat, stir constantly until comes to a boil
Turn off heat, cut up cheese and add to sauce
Spray bottom of casserole pan and combine noodles and sauce into casserole pan
Bake 20-25 minutes at 325ºF
