HAM AND POTATO SCALLOP

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (5 oz) scalloped potatoes
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cup cubed ham
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen peas
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In an ungreased 1-1/2 quart baking dish, combine potatoes with sauce mix, boiling water and butter. Stir in milk, ham and peas. Bake uncovered, at 400 for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
