Stuffed Mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 pound pork sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumb

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stems from mushrooms, chop and save stems. Cook sausage and remove from pan. Using sausage drippings, cook mushroom stems for about 15 min. Drain. Combine sausage, stems, breadcrumbs and cheese. Fill mushroom caps with mix. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
