Coleslaw with Creamy Pineapple Dressing

Ingredients

  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 TB sugar
  • 2 TB Pineapple Balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar
  • coarsely ground black pepper
  • 14 oz coleslaw mix

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together all dressing ingredients until blended; chill. Toss with coleslaw mix to coat. Refrigerate any remaining dressing. Makes 1 cup dressing.
