Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
- 1/4 cup white wine
- juice of lemon
- 1/4 tsp. each of salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley (finely chopped)
- Garnish/lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and oil together in saute pan. Add garlic, saute for 1 minute. Then add shrimp. Saute for 1 minute, add wine and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Saute quickly while sauce reduces and shrimp turns pink. Don't overcook. Sprinkle with parsley, garnish with lemon wedges.
