Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic (3 cloves)
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut potatoes in half or quarters and place in bowl. Toss with all ingredients and put on baking sheet, spread into 1 layer and roast for 1 hour. Flip twice during cooking: 20 min and at 40 minutes.
Remove, season and serve
