Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 purple onion, cut into strips
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon penzeys minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon 33rd & galena

Preparation

Step 1

Steam green beans for about 5 minutes or boil 3 minutes. Plunge into cold water to stop the cooking. While the beans are cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the bell pepper and onion and cook until crisp-tender. Add minced garlic and 33rd & galena and the beans to the pan and cook until glossy, 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
