Ingredients
- 1 lb bay scallops
- 1 oz sherry - 4 tbsp
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Arrange scallops in shallow buttered dish
3. Sprinkle with sherry
4. Pour half of the butter over scallops; sprinkle with crumbs and then rest of the butter
5. Bake for 15 minutes
