Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp fresh
- 1 cup cooking oil
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 stick real butter
- Parsley
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 egg yoke
- 1 - 2 cloves garlic
Preparation
Step 1
soak shrimp in milk for 15 to 20 minutes
drain and roll in flour
place in skilletof olive oil and cooking oil
cook for approx 5 minutes
turning shrimp only once
place in oven to broil and leave 5 minutes
or golden brown
over low heat in double boiler
place egg yoke and lemon
mix well
add 1/2 stick butter stir until butter melts
add other 1/2 butter and garlic cook sauce until thick
add shrimp
serve over spagetti
