Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 TBS grated fresh horseradish
- 1/2 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a med mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hrs or overnight to allow flavors to meld. Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2 – 3 weeks.
