Ingredients
- 1/2 large can clams
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 8 tbs shallots
- 2 tsp garlic
- 5 ounces clam juice
- 2 tsp oregano, basil, parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté shallots in butter and oil. Add clam juice and herbs and simmer 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch and wine. Add to pan and boil until thickened. Add clams and cook 1-2 minutes.
