Ingredients
- ONE 10 OZ PKG OF CORN
- 1/2 CUP CUBED POTATO
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION (ONE MED)
- 1/3 CUP WATER
- 1 TSP CHICKEN BOUILLION GRANULES
- 1/8 TSP PEPPER
- 1 AND 1/2 CUP OF MILK
- 2 TBS NON FAT DRY MILK POWDER
- 2 TBS FLOUR
- 1/4 CUP OF MILK
- 1 TBS COOKED BACON PIECES
Preparation
Step 1
IN LARGE SAUCEPAN STIR TOGETHER THE CORN, POTATOES, ONION, WATER, CHICKEN BOUILLION, PEPPER AND BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES, STIR IN 1 AND 1/2 CUP OF MILK.
MIX DRY MILK, FLOUR AND 1/4 CUP OF MILK AND ADD TO CORN MIXTURE COOK UNTIL THICK ADD BACON AND SERVE
