  • ONE 10 OZ PKG OF CORN
  • 1/2 CUP CUBED POTATO
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION (ONE MED)
  • 1/3 CUP WATER
  • 1 TSP CHICKEN BOUILLION GRANULES
  • 1/8 TSP PEPPER
  • 1 AND 1/2 CUP OF MILK
  • 2 TBS NON FAT DRY MILK POWDER
  • 2 TBS FLOUR
  • 1/4 CUP OF MILK
  • 1 TBS COOKED BACON PIECES

Step 1

IN LARGE SAUCEPAN STIR TOGETHER THE CORN, POTATOES, ONION, WATER, CHICKEN BOUILLION, PEPPER AND BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES, STIR IN 1 AND 1/2 CUP OF MILK.

MIX DRY MILK, FLOUR AND 1/4 CUP OF MILK AND ADD TO CORN MIXTURE COOK UNTIL THICK ADD BACON AND SERVE
