Ingredients
- 4 cups of cooked macaroni
- 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of another cheese (Vermont cheddar, Montery Jack)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 4 tablespoons of butter, cut up
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350
Cook the macaroni and drain
In a small bowl mix together the eggs, sour cream, butter, salt and milk.
In a large bowl add cheese to the cooked macaroni and pour the egg mixture over top.
Stir together well.
Transfer to a large baking dish and cook for 30-45 minutes
