Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash
  • butter
  • nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Cut squash 1/2 length wise
Remove seeds and stem
Put upside down in baking dish filled with 1" of water
Bake at 350 degrees approx. 1 hour until fork tender
Scoop out of shell
Add butter and nutmeg
