Ingredients
- 10 large frozen shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves, chopped
- 1-2 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- curry powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 or 2 splashes of hot sauce
- sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine frozen shrimp with olive oil, garlic, basil and hot sauce.
Chop spinach leaves.
Spray olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add curry powder to warm olive oil.
Add the shrimp mixture to the pan and cook through.
Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds over the shrim.
Serve over brown rice.
