Baked stuffed shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 packages ritz crackers - crumbled
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup melted garlic butter
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. worestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp. of grated parm cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine or sherry
  • 16 jumbo tiger shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. large scallops diced in cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crackers, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, parm cheese, and wine in a bowl. In skillet sauté scallops with garlic butter for 5 minutes. Then stir into bowl with above ingrediants. Preheat oven to 400. Butterfly shrimp and stuff. Make sure to devein the shrimp. Cook for 20 minutes at 350.
