Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
- 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper in bowl. Whisk in a oil until well blended.
(Marinade can be refrigerated for up to 2 days, covered)
Combine 1 pound cleaned medium-size shrimp (4 servings) with marinade in plastic bag or covered bowl; refrigerate 30 minutes.
