Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 1 can Eagle Brand
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 can pumpkin
- Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and gradually add sugar. Add Eagle Brand, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin; mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake about 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream.
Substitution: Omit pumpkin pie spice, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon cloves.
