Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. rum
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, flour, salt and baking soda.
Add crushed pineapple, eggs, oil, vanilla, and rum.
Pour onto sheet cake pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mi.
Topping:
8 oz cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nut.
Mix together.
Spread on the cake.
