  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • One 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • One 2 1/2 ounce jar dried beef finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Place butter in a 1 quart casserole microwave at high for 35 seconds or until melted. Add onions cover and microwave on high two minutes or until tender stir in wine microwave at high for one minute more. Have next four ingredients mixing well sprinkled with pecans microwave at high for four minutes serve with crackers yields 4 cups
