Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cut peaches into 1 inch pieces. Place in blender with banana, yogurt and dry milk. Process until blended. If thinner drink is desired, thin with ice cubes or water.
