Chicken and Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom OR 2 Cans Cream of Celery
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • Diced Potatoes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Lay chicken flat in a 13x9 pan
Mix Potatoes, Cream of Mushroom (or Cream of Celery), a few shakes of salt, pepper, and thyme in a separate bowl. Pour mixture on top of chicken.
Bake for 90 minutes at 350.
