Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton of sour cream
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 10 oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 2 c. corn flakes
  • 1/4 c. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw potatoes.

Mix all ingredients together.

Put in 9X13 pan.

Crush corn flakes and mix with butter.

Put on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min covered with foil.

Remove foil then bake 15 min more.
