Ingredients
- 2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbl. mustard
- 2-3 Tbl. maple syrup
- 2 Tbl. olive oil
- 2 Tbl. diced dried onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients above. Pour over tenderloin in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. (I like to have the tenderloin sliced so it can cook in the sauce)
