Grapefruit Martini

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 jiggers Ruby Red Vodka
• 6 whole Ruby Red Grapefruit ( 5 juiced)
• 3 jiggers fresh red ruby grapefuit juice
• 1 Ruby Red peeled and segmented
• 1 1/2 simple syrup
• Simple Syrup Recipe
• 1 to 1 sugar to water
• Bring to a boil

Preparation

Step 1

Juice 5 Ruby Red Grapefruit
Peel and segment 1 Ruby red Grapefruit
Make your simple syrup (set aside to cool)

Place ice in shaker. Add 1 1/2 jigger vodka
add 1 1/2 simple syrup and 3 jiggers grapefruit juice.

Shake vigorously
Pour into chilled martini glasses
Garnish with grapefruit segment
