Ingredients
- 2 cups canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups crisp canned corn, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
