  • 2 cups canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups crisp canned corn, drained
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
