Ingredients
- 1 - Box Elbow Macaroni
- 6 - Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 - Small Onion, Chopped
- 3 - Stalks of Celery, Chopped
- 1 - Small Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 2 - Tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
- 5 - Tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 - Cup White Sugar
- 4 1/2 - tsp. White Vinegar
- 1/2 - tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 - tsp Celery Seed
- 4 1/2 - Cups Real Mayo
- 1/2 - Cup Miracle Whip
- 1 - tsp hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cook pasta 8-9 minutes, until tender. Rinse. Set aside to cool.
2) In large bowl, stir together eggs, onion, celery, red pepper, relish, and hot sauce.
3) In small bowl, stir together mayo/miracle whip, white sugar, vinegar, salt, and celery seed.
4) Pour vegetables into dressing and add pasta until well blended.
5) Chill for at least 1 hour
