Shrimp- grilled mustard shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shrimp
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • lemon juice - 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp dijon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and marnate shrimp for several hours or overnight. Thread marinated shrimp on skewers. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until pink.
