Creamy Lentil Soup

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lentils, rinsed and drained
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon
  • sour cream
  • parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients except sour cream and parsley into the crock pot.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a sprig of parsley.
