Ingredients
- tomatoes
- canning (pickling) salt
- 1 quart jars
Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel tomatoes.
2. Cut tomatoes in half, or if large, in quarters.
3. Pack tightly onto jars.
4. Add 1 t. pickling salt into each jar.
5. Set in water bath and process 30 minutes.
